Mohamed Mohamud

Mohamed Mohamud Is a Prime Way Care founding Director and also the ICO registered Data Controller. Mohamed oversees the robust financial and general management of Prime Way Care and supervises staff development with the HR team. Mohamed has many years of business experience gained in organisations across various sectors and countries. Under his leadership, Prime Way Care maintains an up to date, focussed core team overseeing a well-run and well-trained support team. The company has excellent IT and communications skills being able to use this technology to successfully support vulnerable people.


A recent company emphasis has centred on building social value and increasing our work with volunteer and social groups, we work closely with the communities where we provide services and as a responsible employer, we believe that increasing social value benefits us all. The use of apprentices, sharing expertise with volunteers and helping them to add value to the lives of service users with activities and aspects of social inclusion benefits all.

We have also worked with service users, our staff team and others in health and commissioning to bring the benefits of greater use of assistive technology to service users. This enables them to live safer lives and access remote friends and relatives and we can easily contact them for checks and prompts with our trained support staff.

Mohamed Yassin

Mohamed Yassin, after years of business experience in logistics and communication, gaining an MBA and working across the world, decided to take a new direction and focus on social care. Working with Mohamed Mohamud, they created Prime Way Care from scratch. With his community work in Bristol, Mohamed has gained experience, several social care sector qualifications including those essential to be accepted by CQC as a Registered Manager. Building on his experience in Bristol and being accepted by CQC, Mohamed went on to establish the NW London Prime Way Care branch and take this through the CQC Inspection, gaining a Good rating. Using his wide range of skills, this is now a rapidly growing operation.


Initiatives that Mohamed has been responsible for are Prime Way Care gaining ISO 9001 accreditation and also achieving Cyber Essentials and gaining the use of NHSmail. Mohamed believes that these and other systems being developed underline the ability of the company to provide a sustainable, quality care service, working effectively with technology and also having a Quality Management System that enables effective and efficient monitoring, reporting and audit abilities.

Muna Abdi Mohamud

Muna is the CQC Registered Manager for the Bristol Prime Way Care location, having gained a wealth of experience and qualifications, up to and including a Level 5, over years of working within social care. Muna entered social care through voluntary and community work and developed her interest during and after college. Taking her skills and interests, Muna is using her CPD to broaden her interest and build towards a post grad qualification. And, she is also the CQC registered Nominated Individual for the London branch.


Working with other Registered Managers, along with Skills for Care, Muna is able to talk with peers and share learning with them and so develop sustainability across similar social care providers in the area. Co-working enables the building of better integration with health bodies, enabling a more seamless service for service users. Muna’s leadership has enabled Prime Way Care to build and co-ordinate working with volunteers who are able to help service users engage with social activities, avoid social isolation and remain useful parts of their local communities.
