Corporate Social Responsibility
As an enterprise, we believe that it is our duty to be socially accountable — to our own organisation, to our staff, to those we serve and those we work with. As an ethically managed company, we share with our staff team the want to do better, to create a better place to live. As a part of this, we support local volunteer initiatives by providing them with expertise, members of our management team paid by Prime Way work to support those groups.
Across the company, all work together to support environmental concerns and the company’s chosen charity benefits from personal and corporate contributions.
As we partner with volunteer and social groups across the areas in which we provide services, we feel it is right to support them in the great services they offer to improve the lives of the vulnerable and less fortunate.
Culture and Ethos
For us to be effective with our person-centred focus, we have developed a framework of sound principles and values. Each person that we support and assist is an individual; this is the only way to properly address their needs. Through conversation, risk assessment and thorough planning, we can agree goals and how to achieve this.
When we established Prime Way, it was to fill a need, to utilise the skills we developed in business and through community volunteering. That background linked with solid financial and personnel investment has enabled a sustainable and resilient enterprise meeting the needs of a wide and varied customer list, with many different needs, backgrounds, ages, creeds and colours.
